 An electronic key card is required to enter the Fitness Room. Facility access cards are assigned per resident and you must be a CTC resident to obtain a card. 

Replacement cards are available in the HOA management office for $30.00 each.  Checks are payable to Clarksburg Homeowners Association.  To learn more, please contact services@clarksburghoa.com or 301-444-8680.

If you have not picked up your card please visit the HOA management office during normal office hours.

Admission to the Pool
To enter the pool, you must have a valid pass in hand. Please remember that your account must be paid for your card to work. If you have any questions about this, please get in touch with manager@clarksburghoa.com

Clarksburg Town Center residents should use their Facility Access Cards, which were issued beginning late summer of 2017. The First-time issue and renewal Facility Access Card fee is $10.00 per card. Lost Facility Access Cards may be replaced for $30.00 per card. We accept cash, checks made payable to Clarksburg HOA, and credit cards (see link above).

For those residents who do not have Facility Access Cards, you can obtain a pass by filling out the Facilities Pass Application. Once the form is submitted, make an appointment between the hours of 10 AM and 3 PM Monday-Friday with services@clarksburghoa.com to pay for and receive your pass.

ALL RESIDENTS listed on the application must show PROOF OF RESIDENCY and all must be present at the appointment as photos are part of the pass procedure.

Residents who are not current in their HOA fees or have a covenant violation that has escalated to fines are not permitted to use the amenities of the HOA, including the use of the pool. The pool management office will deny access to those residents. Please contact the HOA property management office to follow up at 301-444-8680 or manager@clarksburghoa.com.

Kids & Teens

Parent Authorization Form (13-15 yr old)
Residents between 13 and 15 years of age may be permitted to enter the swimming pool without a parent subject to a swimming test conducted by a lifeguard, contingent upon acceptable behavior. The parent must print out the form, fill it out, and sign the Parent Authorization Form and bring it to the pool-child delivered forms will NOT be accepted. 

Floatation Devices
USCG-approved flotation devices may be used when the parent is in the water with the child and is no more than an arm's reach away. Swim armbands are not permitted. Please see the sign posted at the pool management office for a list of approved floatation devices.

Swim Bands
Swimmers must pass a swim test to receive a swim band, which should be worn on their wrists while at the pool. The swim band is required to swim in the lap lane section of the pool and to use the slide. The first band is free. There is a $3.00 charge for replacement bands. Even if a swimmer had a band in the past, they would need to test for a swim band each year.

Caregiver Pool Pass (Nanny Pass)
The caregiver pass is designed to accompany children to the pool without their parents. No more than one caregiver pass will be issued per household. Cost:  $60 per pool season.

Guest Policy
Guests will be permitted with an adult pool pass carrying resident. A maximum of 4 guests per adult resident over the age of 18 is allowed at one time. The resident must accompany guests at all times. Residents are responsible for the behavior of their guests. 

Residents aged 16-17 can bring one guest into the pool without an adult resident present and they assume full responsibility for the behavior and conduct of the guest.

Pool Use Remediation Policy
All residents are asked to review and abide by the Pool Rules and Code of Conduct. To encourage residents to make the pool a fun and family-oriented place, a Pool Use Remediation Policy is now in effect. 

Food & Beverage Policy
Food and non-alcoholic beverages may be brought to the pool as long as care is taken to clean up and dispose of all crumbs, wrappers, and debris.

Rental Packets:

Club rentals are available Sunday through Thursday between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and midnight. Costs for reserving the Residents Club are available in the Rental Agreement. You may view the rental agreements by logging into TownSq and viewing DOCUMENTS-RENTALS.

If you are interested in reserving a day and time for your particular function or meeting, please get in touch with Lorelei, Resident Services, at services@clarksburghoa.com.

CTC Residents Clubhouse
The CTC Residents Clubhouse is a beautifully decorated space with a fireplace and deck overlooking the pool and a catering kitchen. Most community association meetings and social functions are held at the Residents Club.

The Clubhouse is exclusively available to Clarksburg Town Center residents to host private functions, such as small birthday parties, baby showers, and more. There are tables and folding chairs available for an occupancy of 32-50 for dining. The rental party can bring in additional tables and chairs. During your event, a building attendant will be on-site to oversee the building.

CTC Community Center
The CTC Community Center is a one-room hall with a concession kitchen and restrooms. It is an unfurnished hall. This building is also available for residents to rent for large functions. Tables and chairs are available for rentals. The rental party may bring in additional tables and chairs. During your event, a building attendant will be on-site to oversee the building.

Rent the amphitheater and have your event outdoors with plenty of space to spread out. Includes a stage area and natural rock seating.
