How do I request a Facility Access Card (for the pool & fitness room)?

Please make sure to fill our Facilities Pass Application out before or on the day of the appointment to acquire a pool pass.

There will be a $5.00 fee for all new passes and a $25.00 fee for replacement passes.

Please pay by check made payable to Clarksburg HOA, cash, or credit card (coming soon).

**NEW ACCESS CARD VERIFICATION POLICY: A birth certificate reflecting one or both parents must prove residency for youth ages 2-25. Children under the age of 2 do not need a pool pass. A valid driver's license or DMV-issued identification card is required for residents ages 26+. We do not accept any other forms of identification.

How do I make an assessment payment?

Click the ASSESSMENT PAYMENTS link in the left side menu for more information on assessment payments.

Set up Direct debit through CAS and SAVE $$ - There is no change to this free option, and no action is required by owners already set up in the current system. 

If you have not set up direct debit and would like to, it is free of charge. Fill out the ACH Form and send it to the address listed on the form with a voided check. This payment option is free of any additional charges.

How do I cancel my Auto-Debit?

How do I obtain an account statement?

Need an Account Statement? Email accounting@casinc.biz. Be sure to include your address for reference.

I've received a Covenants Violation-now what?

Have you received a Covenants Violation Notice via USPS? You may receive an email notification before receipt of a notice via USPS if you have an email on file. Each notice will provide photos of the area(s) in consideration, along with an initial due date. Spring maintenance notices customarily have a cure date of April 15. Should you require additional time or have questions, please contact assistant@clarksburghoa.com to request an extension or have your concerns addressed. The management team is here to help, and we enjoy working with our residents. Thank you for helping us keep Clarksburg Town Center a beautiful place to live!

How do I register for TownSq?

If you received a registration email, click the link within the email and follow the prompts. If you did not receive an email you can register using your Account ID by following these instructions. If you receive an error message, contact assistant@clarksburghoa.com or call 301-444-8680 for more assistance.
