Assessment Payment Methods

Direct debit set up through CAS - There is no change to this free option, and no action is required by owners already set up in the current system. If you have not set up direct debit and would like to, it is free of charge. Fill out the ACH Form and send it to the address listed with a voided check. This payment option is free of any additional charges.

Payment through an online third party - A new electronic payment option, "ATG Pay," is available through TownSq.  This payment option is replacing the discontinued Paylease/Zego accounts. This option includes a $2.95 fee and a 3.5% convenience fee per transaction. Follow these directions to sign up for ATG Pay.

Payment by physical check - Physical checks can continue to be mailed to our lockbox at the same address that has been used in the past. This payment option is free of any additional charges.

Payment through your bank - Bank bill paychecks will continue to go to our lockbox at the same address. This payment option is subjected to any personal bank charges but is free of charge through the association.
